Our founder, Mauricee Bravo, has dedicated over two decades of her career to patient care. But her passion for creating Bravo Medical runs far deeper than her professional journey.
Mauricee lost her husband, Sam, to Glioblastoma at just 34 years old, only weeks after the birth of their youngest child. Experiencing first-hand the challenges of navigating care during his illness ignited her determination to build a hub where patients and their loved ones feel genuinely cared for, listened to, and supported with better access to timely consultations, second opinions, and referral pathways.
In Sam’s memory, and in honour of all those affected by brain tumours, Bravo Medical pledges to donate 1% of annual profits to Brain Tumour Research. This commitment helps fund vital research, keeping their purpose alive and continuing the legacy they leave behind.
